At Seminole Landscaping, we do not believe in cookie-cutter
designs programmed to be all things to all people. Your landscaping
is special, one of a kind, be it your home or your business. When
we begin your project, we will work with you through each and every
step, creating a custom landscape design uniquely your
own. We
will explain each and every landscaping service we offer, along
with pricing guidelines. We will also meet you at your site anywhere
in Central Florida for a walk-through discussion of your landscaping
plan. If you wish, we can, for a fee, also prepare an artist’s
concept of the vision you have for your site.
Finally, when we have your landscaping design outlined in enough
detail, we will give you a free estimate of the cost — and
always within your budget. There are no payments up front, and
we always work from a detailed written description of your landscaping
project, for your protection and ours. At any point, we will gladly
explain our warrantees and guarantees designed to protect your
landscaping plans.
Our Background
In 1971 Ron Morton made a promise to himself — to
create a landscaping company unlike any other, to create a landscaping
company that gives you, the customer, quality service at
a fair price with a realistic emphasis on timely service
and customer satisfaction. Today, in Central Florida, that company
is Seminole
Landscaping, Inc. As Ron’s approach to quality products and
customer satisfaction continued to satisfy home owners throughout
Central Florida, Seminole Landscaping began to grow, attracting
commercial and industrial customers.
The business now offers a complete inventory of proven
landscaping products and services, including custom
sprinkler design, irrigation products by Hunter and Rainbird, St.
Augustine sod,
site work and underground utilities, sod deliveries, installations,
re-sodding, plants, trees, lot clearing, building pads,
fill dirt,
and total residential and commercial landscaping with a focus on
the Central Florida sub-tropic climate. We also offer irrigation
system maintenance plans, and if your system is damaged for any
reason we can quickly dispatch a repair truck to your location.
Our trucks are equipped with radio dispatch communications to
better
serve your
needs.

Janie Morton, Secretary/Treasurer, who joined the company
in 1980 and now oversees daily operations for the landscaping
and irrigation division.
The company adheres to all local licensing, insurance, and
bond requirements, and will gladly provide a certificate
of insurance if requested.

A History of Successful Landscaping Projects Throughout Central
Florida
The company is a member of the National Federation
of Independent Business. The principals have more than sixty years
combined experience in
landscaping, sod, and irrigation projects. The staff also includes
State-certified backflow technicians. To date, the company has
completed more than 10,000 residential landscaping projects throughout
Central Florida.
